Free All-Levels Class on Wednesdays at 7:30am from July 10th to Aug 21st hosted by MCHPP with classes led by a rotating selection of Sundara’s excellent teachers. Everyone is Welcome! No registration required.

Location:

Brunswick Town Mall by the gazebo (free parking along Maine Street or on Park Row)

What to bring:

• A yoga mat or towel

• Water

• Your inner yogi
