About the chef: Ali Waks-Adams is the chef /owner of Balaboosta Food Made for You & Willie & Chet's Pop Ups. A native NYer, Ali has lived in Brunswick Maine for 10 years and counting. Her move from Philadelphia to Maine was spurred by the taste of a locally grown potato, and she has been working with local farmers, fishers and producers ever since.  She was the chef at Delicatessen, a Modern Jewish Deli in Philadelphia. Former Exec Chef at The Brunswick Inn (aka 165 Park Row), Chef Partner with Butter & Salt Pop Ups, Private Chef & Caterer, Consulting Chef with Dog Bar Jim and others, Ali ran the successful underground Pop Up Wille & Chet's Food to Go during the pandemic.
